Streak camera and frame cameras

Our company serially produces a set of basic models of image converter cameras (ICC), as single-frame, and with multi-frame and linear (streak) sweep, in the majority on a basis of image converter tubes (ICT) frame ad streak types of our own design. Cameras find wide application in many areas of a science and technology at registration various fast running processes.
Necessary high sensitivity of cameras up to a mode of the pack of single photons registration can be provided at registration of extreme low light processes. The limiting temporal resolution of unique experimental models of cameras lays in femtosecond range.
The small sizes of the majority of our cameras allow to embed them into the structure of almost every optical and optico-electronic equipment easily.
Our company provides a full spectrum of service. Our specialists deliver equipment and put it into operation at the customers place, carry out training for users, equipment presentations, joint science experiments and researches. We provide warranty service of equipment within one or two years, and then maintenance of its working capacity during till 10 years.

K008 miniature camera operated in streak and single-frame mod e

The camera has S20 photocathode and is intended for registration of images of fast running processes in streak and single frame modes and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters in a near infrared and visible spectral range with 20 ps limiting temporal resolution. It has a wide range of linear sweeps by duration from 2 nanoseconds to 0.6 second and the same range of frame durations.

K011 9-frames streak camera with a computerized control

The camera has S20 photocathode and is intended for registration of images of fast running processes in a near infra-red and visible spectral range and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters in 9-frame mode of recorded image. It is equipped by full control and programming of operating modes from the computer on an electric or fiber-optic cable. Duration of any frame and any interframe pause can be set in a range from 0.1 to 100 μs. The additional delay of the camera triggering can be set in a range from 0.1 to 1300 μs.

K010X miniature X-ray camera operated in streak and single-frame mode

The camera is intended for registration of images o f fast running processes and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters in streak and single-frame modes in soft X-ray and vacuum UV spectral ranges with 10 ps limiting temporal resolution. It has a wide range of linear sweeps by duration from 2 ns to 600 μs and the same range of frame durations. Opened (pumped out at work) ICT with a set of replaceable CsJ and Au photocathodes on parylene and beryllium substrates is used in the camera. ICT is supplied by bellows with a flange for tight joining with vacuum cameras in which the processes accompanied by soft X-ray and vacuum UV radiation develops.

K016 miniature picosecond streak camera

The c amera can be equipped by timeanaluzing ICT with S1 or S20 photocathode and is intended for registration of images of fast running processes by pico–nanosecond duration in streak mode in a near infrared and visible spectral range and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters. Its limiting temporal resolution is 2 ps. The input slit of the camera has smooth adjustment of width. Timeanaluzing ICT, the modular MCP brightness intensifier and large-format CCD matrix of television camera are jointed with each other by means of fiber optics

K017 high-speed hybrid video graphic camera

The camer a has S20 photocathode and is intended for registration of images of fast running processes in a multiple (up to 20 and more cycles) 9-frame mode of sweep of a recorded image in a near infrared and visible spectral range and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters. It is equipped by full control and programming of operating modes from the computer on an electric or fiber-optic cable.
Duration of any
frame and any interframe pause can be set in a range from 0.1 to 100 μs. The additional delay of the camera triggering can be set in a range from 0.1 μs to 335 ms. Thanks to high-speed (1 kHz) the CMOS sensor with the built in buffer memory which is used in system of the image recording, the camera allows to record the big number of nineframe cycles (ten, hundred or thousand) with frequency of shots up to 9 kHz.

Unifame-05-01/UV miniature single-frame IR and UV camera

The camer a has S25 photocathode of proximity type ICT and is intended for registration of images of fast running processes in single-frame mode in a near infrared and visible spectral range and measurements of their spatially-temporal parameters.  Frame duration can be from 5 ns to 100 μs, maximum triggering frequency is 1 kHz . Modification of the camera with input window of ICT from uviol glasses, quartz or magnesium fluoride allows to register UV radiation, and the additional brightness intensifier provides a mode of the account of photons.

K001 universal streak camera operated in streak and 3-frame modes


This unique camer a with S20 photocathode allows to register of images of fast running processes as in streak mode, and 3-frame mode . The range of sweep durations makes from 0.5 to 50 ns, the limiting temporal resolution is 2 ps . The manufacturing techniques of special multiaperture ICT patented by our company allows to reach the highest in the world of frame frequency of an order of 10 GHz at frame duration of less than 100 ps.
